Easy Breakfast Ideas

Hi friends!

If you are anything like me, you are always running out the door in the morning, and let’s be honest, being healthy while working a 9-5 is not an easy task. That is why I have compiled a list of my favorite easy, go-to breakfast ideas for you guys.

  • Make ahead egg muffins
  • Yogurt with berries, granola, nut butter
  • Make ahead smoothie (put all ingredients in a blender in the fridge the night before! All you have to do in the morning is blend.)
  • Make healthy pancakes/waffles for the week and freeze them. You just have to heat them up in the morning
  • Overnight oats
